Prof. D. Frank Hsu, Clavius Distinguished Professor of Science at Fordham, gave a keynote talk at the International Conference on Awareness Science and Technology and Ubi-Media Computing held in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Japan. The conference, sponsored by IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, was held at University of Aizu.
