Fordham's Robotics and Computer Vision Lab was the venue for NBC's Al
Roker and co-conspirator Dennis Hong (Virginia Tech) to discuss robots
for Roker's 'Fact or Fiction' spot. The air date was Oct 9th 2013. The
shoot took place in September and had Roker discussing a robot nanny
with Hong, its supposed creator. (The robot nanny was fiction.)
Fordham grad student James Liu featured as the hardworking robotics
researcher in the background of the shot.
